Most orders are processed in less than a week. You may have requested
rush service on your order form for an additional fee. Please
note that large orders take more time. You can call at anytime
to check on the status of your order, or email info@apexmediaproductions.com

The MOST important issue to consider here is shipping. Apex Media
is NOT responsible to what happens to your material while in transit
to and from our location.
While your photos are with us, they are subject to the utmost
handling and care. We guarantee that your photos, slides and music
will be returned in the same condition as received (unless there
is an act of God, act of war, unexpected accident, or tragedy).
Additional tips: use a hard cover folder or cardboard on both
sides to keep the photos from bending, be careful and watch edges.
I always recommend to insert all photos on ziplock bags, this
will protect the content of the package from hazardous conditions
while in transit. We definitely recommend either FedEx next day,
Express Mail or Priority mail delivery confirmation. We as an
extra precaution place transparent tape on top of a label safeguarding
the addressee and the send to address.
Select a hard cover box to send your material and fill the surrounding
areas with bubble filling material to isolate your photos and
music from dangers of mishandling or impact.
If you take care packing your photos, do not try saving on the
best shipping option, then you should not be concerned.
We have been receiving and shipping packages for years and the
only times we have encountered minor problems has been with USPS
priority mail delays.
MOST problems however have been due to wrong shipping information
provided by the customer or bad packing.

Could you please give me some advice
as how to pack my slides?
If you have slide carousels or better yet the plastic or cardboard
boxes they used when they were developed, that is the best way
to pack them.
If you don't have any of the above; then use a sturdy cardboard
box, pack them in groups of 50's and secure them with a couple
of rubber bands.
Please make sure that the viewing side (the one you want to look
at), is always facing the same direction, and this is where you're
going to number each (on the frame).
All the slides should be either numbered OR placed in the order
you wish them to appear on the slide tray or carousel. If sending
several carousels or box trays please number them (Do not use
markers). If the carousel already has numbers, there is no need
for you to write the numbers on the slides, just place them in
their appearance order.
If you are sending your slides in carrousels, there is no need
to number them, just make sure that the right side to look at
is placed in such a way, that when looking at the carousel, if
I take out slide 1, the right way is facing me. One way of telling
the right way, is finding a slide that has a word written on it
(license plates, t-shirts, etc)
USPS has very good sturdy boxes (Priority Mail) that you can use
to ship them. They also sell bubble cushioning rolls that are
good protection and fill-in material. Shoe boxes are a good option
too.
If you are sending hundreds or thousands, then you must go to
Office Depot and buy a large size box, and one smaller. You can
also buy rolls of cushioning. Insert some cushioning material
or newspaper at the bottom of the larger box. Insert the smaller
box and surround it with newspaper. On the smaller box you can
pack all your slides in layers. After you close it then isolate
the top with more material.
This is very secured.
We have received boxes containing 2500 slides and there has not
been a problem.
