Bansidhar, a writer-director driven by a passion for transforming raw ideas into powerful and memorable stories. I thrive at the intersection of sharp dialogue, bold visuals, and characters that feel real enough to step off the screen. Though I am relatively new to the industry, my dedication to the craft is unwavering, and I constantly push myself to create narratives that leave a lasting impact—whether it’s a gritty short film, an intense screenplay, or something completely unconventional. So far, I have gained hands-on experience working as an Assistant Director and writer on multiple projects, including Trapped (2014), A Desert in the Ice-Chest (2020), and Game Over (2022), where I contributed to both storytelling and on-set execution. I also worked as an Assistant Director on the Odia film Ye Kemiti Bandhana (2024), assisting director Rakesh Samal and gaining exposure across pre-production, production, and post-production stages. These experiences have shaped my understanding of filmmaking as a collaborative art, and I am committed to continuing this journey by crafting stories that are bold, meaningful, and unforgettable.
