Jani Master (Shaik Jani Basha, born 2 July 1982) is a renowned Indian choreographer celebrated for his energetic Western and folk dance styles across Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Hindi cinema. He began his career as a background dancer and gained recognition through ETV’s popular dance reality show Dhee, which opened the door to his first choreography opportunity in the Telugu film Drona (2008). Over the years, he has delivered numerous viral hits, including “Arabic Kuthu” (Beast) and chart-topping songs from Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, establishing himself as one of the most influential choreographers in South Indian cinema. Jani Master has collaborated extensively with top stars like Ram Charan, Allu Arjun, Jr. NTR, and Pawan Kalyan, and has also worked in Bollywood films such as Jai Ho with Salman Khan. Known for his versatility and signature high-energy moves, he has earned multiple accolades, including Filmfare Awards, CineMAA Awards, and SIIMA Awards. In addition to choreography, he has showcased his creative range by singing a song dedicated to Ram Charan, further highlighting his multifaceted talent in the Indian film industry.
