Nanda Kishore, an Indian film professional and entrepreneur, has been passionate about cinema from a very young age. A self-proclaimed movie buff, he grew up fascinated by storytelling, filmmaking, and the creative processes behind the screen. His deep-rooted love for movies eventually shaped his vision to contribute to the Indian film industry in a meaningful way. Nanda began his professional journey in the Telugu film industry with the acclaimed film “Seetharamam”, marking his entry into the world of cinema. Over the years, he went on to associate with several path-breaking projects such as “Kalki 2898 AD” and “OG”, gaining experience across multiple departments including Production, Casting, and Marketing. Building on this multi-departmental experience, Nanda founded Bitla Media Works, a leading casting and media agency active across South Indian film industries — including Tollywood and Sandalwood. Under his leadership, Bitla Media Works has expanded operations to key cities such as Bangalore and Hyderabad, and is actively collaborating with top production houses like Hombale Films and Mythri Movie Makers. Nanda also spearheads initiatives in Talent Management, Script Consultancy, and Ad Film Production, playing a pivotal role in connecting fresh talent with leading filmmakers. His work emphasizes structured casting systems, mega auditions, and cross-industry collaboration, bridging the gap between production houses, artists, and talent agencies.
