Stephen Devassy is an internationally acclaimed Indian music director, composer, and pianist. Starting his career at a very young age, he gained prominence through his music orchestration for 'Ishtamannu' and as an accompanying artist for legends like Hariharan and L. Subramanian. His debut as a film music director was with the Malayalam film 'Hariharan Pillai Happy Aanu' in 2003. He has since composed for numerous films in Malayalam and Tamil, released successful solo albums like 'Romanza' which fuses world music with piano, and is a key member of the gospel fusion band Rexband. Beyond composing, Stephen is celebrated for his electrifying live performances globally and has also served as a judge on popular music reality shows, cementing his status as a musical icon and mentor. He is also the founder of Musik Lounge, an audio technology school and studio.
