The terms "you" or "your" refer to any user of the Platform, whether you are an individual, visitor, registered member, subscriber, applicant, talent, hiring entity, production house, fan, affiliate, mentor, funder, creator, or any other entity interacting with reelOn's Services.

reelOn provides a comprehensive digital Platform designed to empower individuals and entities in the entertainment, media, and marketing industries. Our Platform enables Users to create, manage, promote, hire, collaborate, and showcase their professional profiles, projects, and services.

Platform Features

Creating multimedia profiles, including showreels, headshots, bios, and portfolios

Connecting and collaborating with actors, directors, writers, producers, and crew

Showcasing talent and projects to increase visibility

Applying to and posting casting calls and auditions

Sharing & submitting scripts, ideas, and proposals

Promoting services like workshops and coaching

Managing fan clubs and networking groups

Utilizing AI-powered tools for optimization

Disclaimer: reelOn acts solely as a technology facilitator. We do not participate in, control, or guarantee the nature or outcome of any interactions, transactions, or communications between Users.

User Eligibility and Representation

18+ Users

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into and comply with these Terms.

Minors (13-17 years)

May only use the Platform under supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian who must:

  • • Create, manage, and monitor the account
  • • Accept full responsibility for all activities
  • • Ensure content submissions are appropriate

Children Under 13

May not directly create accounts. Content involving children under 13 may only be submitted by verified parents or legal guardians.

User-Organized Contests and Competitions

Organizer Responsibilities

Contest Rules: Publishing complete, lawful, and transparent rules

Legal Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws

Administration: Managing entries and fulfilling prizes

Prohibited Content

Job Posting Requirements

Authorization

You must be authorized to post jobs on behalf of your organization. Any unauthorized postings are solely your responsibility.

Accuracy & Transparency

All job listings must be truthful, accurate, and complete including job title, description, qualifications, and compensation.

Cross-Platform Promotion

reelOn reserves the right to promote job postings through social media and affiliate job boards to maximize visibility.

Legal Compliance

All postings must comply with labor laws, equal opportunity regulations, and other legal requirements.

Prohibited Job Types

  • × Jobs requiring applicants to pay fees
  • × Unauthorized third-party postings
  • × MLM/Network marketing opportunities
  • × Promoting narcotics, alcohol, or tobacco
  • × Discriminatory practices
  • × Gambling or pornography related

Mandatory Responsibilities

Transparency & Consistency

Job details must accurately reflect the original listing throughout the hiring process.

Formal Offer Letters

Must include job role, remuneration, and complete organizational contact information.

Timely Payment

Promised remuneration must be paid promptly as per agreed terms.

Terms & Conditions for Applicants

Professional Standards

Timely Response

Respond to Hirer communications within 72 hours to maintain professionalism.

Job Commitment

Honor accepted job offers and join on time. Last-minute backing out may result in account suspension.

Accurate Information

Provide honest and complete information during registration and applications.

Relevant Applications

Carefully assess job details before applying to avoid irrelevant submissions.

  • Apply only to matching skillset jobs
  • Verify employer identity before sharing documents

Avoid These Jobs

User Interaction Guidelines

Encouraged Behavior

Respectful Communication: Interact courteously and professionally

Authenticity: Provide truthful and accurate profile information

Privacy Respect: Respect boundaries and confidentiality of others

Prohibited Behavior

Harassment & Abuse: Bullying, hate speech, or offensive language

Spam: Unsolicited messages or mass promotions

Impersonation: Pretending to be another individual or organization

Account Management & Legacy Accounts

Legacy Accounts

Refers to accounts created under previous versions of the Platform's policies or systems. The Platform reserves the right to terminate Legacy Accounts at its discretion.

Inactivity: Accounts inactive for 12 months may be deleted or subject to reactivation fees.

Memorialized Accounts

Designated as memorial sites following a user's death. The word "Remembering" appears above the name, and the account is secured against unauthorized access.

Estate Handover: Authorized representatives may request account access through proper verification.

Grievance Cell & Dispute Resolution

reelOn Grievance Cell (rGC)

All disputes, concerns, and issues arising from Platform use shall be addressed by the reelOn Grievance Cell, which will endeavor to resolve matters amicably in accordance with applicable Indian laws.

Resolution Timeline: If no amicable resolution is reached within 120 days from the first notice of dispute, users may proceed with further legal action.

Governing Law

All grievances shall be governed by the laws of India at Bengaluru, India. The Platform reserves the right to approach courts of competent jurisdiction to protect its interests.

Important Notice

reelOn reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
