Nagulapati Srinivasa Chakravarthy, professionally known as J. D. Chakravarthy, is a versatile Indian personality primarily recognized as an actor, filmmaker, screenwriter, and musician. He made his acting debut in 1989 with Ram Gopal Varma's highly successful Telugu film 'Siva', and subsequently ventured into Bollywood with its Hindi remake 'Shiva' (1990).
