Konidela Ram Charan is a prominent Indian actor, film producer, and entrepreneur predominantly working in Telugu cinema. Born to actor Chiranjeevi, he made his debut in 2007 with 'Chirutha', earning a Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut. He rose to stardom with S. S. Rajamouli's 'Magadheera' (2009), which became the highest-grossing Telugu film at the time and earned him his first Filmfare Award for Best Actor. He continued to deliver successful films like 'Racha', 'Naayak', 'Yevadu', and 'Dhruva'. His performance in 'Rangasthalam' (2018) garnered widespread critical acclaim and his second Filmfare Award. In 2022, he achieved global recognition as a 'pan-Indian star' with 'RRR', which became the third-highest-grossing Indian film of all time and secured his third Filmfare Award. Beyond acting, Charan owns the production house Konidela Production Company, co-produced 'Khaidi No. 150' and 'Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy', and co-founded TruJet airline.
