Vijay Deverakonda, born Deverakonda Vijay Sai, is a prominent Indian actor and film producer primarily known for his work in Telugu cinema. He made his debut in 2011 with 'Nuvvila' and gained critical acclaim for his supporting role in 'Yevade Subramanyam' (2015). His career took a significant turn with the commercially successful 'Pelli Choopulu' (2016), followed by his breakthrough performance as a volatile surgeon in 'Arjun Reddy' (2017), which earned him a Filmfare Award. He further cemented his star status with hits like 'Mahanati', 'Geetha Govindam', and 'Taxiwaala' in 2018. Beyond acting, Deverakonda launched his production house 'King of the Hill Entertainment' in 2019, established his fashion brand 'Rowdy Wear', and co-owns the volleyball team Hyderabad Black Hawks.
