Anbariv is a highly acclaimed Indian duo of twin brothers, Anbumani (Anbu) and Arivumani (Arivu), who have revolutionized action choreography and stunt coordination in Indian cinema. Born and raised in Pulhal, Chennai, they completed their schooling at Avichi Higher Secondary School. They began their journey in the film industry as training assistants to renowned stunt masters before making their debut as assistant stunt directors in 'Naan Mahaan Alla' (2010). Quickly rising to prominence, they became sought-after full-fledged stunt choreographers, known for their groundbreaking work in films across Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi languages. Their signature style includes intricate, realistic, and high-impact action sequences, earning them widespread critical acclaim. Anbariv has been honored with multiple prestigious awards, including two National Film Awards for Best Stunt Choreography for 'K.G.F: Chapter 1' (2018) and 'K.G.F: Chapter 2' (2022), along with numerous Filmfare and SIIMA awards. Despite a brief suspension from their union in 2018, they were reinstated and continue to be at the forefront of action design. The duo is also set to make their directorial debut with Kamal Haasan's 'KH237', further expanding their creative footprint in the industry.
